These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the XGenius website and apps (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
XGenius provides fantasy-football tools — predictions, squad optimization, analytics, and an AI Copilot — for competitions including the Premier League, UEFA Champions League, and FIFA World Cup. XGenius is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League, UEFA, FIFA, or any football club.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Predictions, optimizer suggestions, and Copilot responses are generated by statistical and AI models. They are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only, may be inaccurate, and are not betting, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on them.
The Service, including its software, design, and content we create, is owned by XGenius and protected by intellectual-property laws. Match data and club names remain the property of their respective owners. You retain ownership of content you submit (such as Copilot messages) and grant us a licence to process it to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XGenius will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or £10 if you paid nothing).
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access to it for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app and the date above updated. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@xgenius.app.
